If you register for an account on Findably, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Findably, including:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or abusive language
• Deliberately interrupting conversations
• Posting false, defamatory, or malicious information

11. Subscription & Refund Policy

Findably offers monthly and yearly subscription plans for NDIS service providers. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
• Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
• Findably reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without any refund obligation.

By completing your yearly plan purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued upon cancellation.
